Final Fantasy X, X-2 Riddles (Cont.)
This is the continuation of the FFX, X-2 riddle thread.
As always, these are the rules we're using:

However, there are several recommended guidelines that will be listed in order to help maintain an orderly method to this entertaining past time.
Recommended procedural guidelines:
[1] Only one riddle can be posted at any given time. Once that riddle has been solved and confirmed by the riddle's author or designated riddle moderator, then the next riddle will be written by the one who solved the previous riddle. This responsibility can be directed onto another at the discretion of the one who solved the riddle.
[2] Make only one guess at a time. This prevents people from randomly guessing without thinking for the answer. It is also recommended that you include some basis from which you dervied your answer, some riddlers may require this in order to confirm/deny your answer.
[3] Once the riddle has been solved, the next riddle must be posted within 48 hours (2 days) of the confirmation. After this time has passed, the writer of the previous riddle can designate another to write the required riddle. This assures that the threads do not become too idle awaiting the next riddle. If infreqent internet access is a problem then forward a riddle to another riddler in the community and allow them to post it on your behalf.
[4] The solution of the riddle must be from a Final Fantasy game, this game must be included in the range of games in which the thread is included. However, references to other games and outside knowledge IN the riddle itself is completely copescetic. At any time while a given riddle is being solved, a hint can be requested. Giving this hint is at the writer's discretion.
Any questions concerning the recommended guidelines can be asked either on the thread itself, or if you prefer, through the private messaging service of this board. Just PM me, menschlord, and I will answer your questions to the best of my ability.

And one more procedural guidleline if you don't mind. Let's try to avoid posting unless wer're (1) posting a riddle, (2) posting an answer, or (3) verifying whether an answer is correct or incorrect. It helps keep the post-count down and delays the closing of that thread. It's also just convenient and less annoying that having spam all over the place
Since the reigning riddler's time is up, then the riddle is up for grabs.
EDIT: Since nobody's taken it, I'll post one to start the thread up again.
What? A conductor without a train?
If you've never been in deeper trouble
Then just wait till the next time.
If you're searching for the answer:
Look for a singular occurrence
That happens thrice at least.
Hint:
~The answer is from FFX
~The answer is an event (and a fairly specific event, at that)
~This riddle makes use of puns.

My first answer shall be Lady Yunalesca.
Here is the reasoning behind my answer:
-= Lady Yunalesca would be the "conductor without a train" as she is the one who makes the Final Summoning possible.
-= Sin was Spira's deadliest enemy and only the Final Summoning could stop it. When Sin reappeared the people of Spira had no choice but to await the next summoner to perform the Final Summoning.
-= The "singular occurrence that happens thrice at least" would be the Final Summoning or the creation of a Final Aeon.

In case Iron Angel is wrong, I'll guess Seymour's Death
My reasoning, in brief:
What? A conductor without a train? - Not sure on this one, all I can think of is that Seymour is a summoner without an Aeon (after he loses Anima at Macalania), which could just about fit with the conductor/train metaphor.
If you've never been in deeper trouble
Then just wait till the next time. - Your battles with Seymour get prgressively more difficult.
If you're searching for the answer:
Look for a singular occurrence
That happens thrice at least. - A person normally only dies once (hence singular occurence), but Seymour is killed at Macalania, Bevelle, Gagazet and Inside Sin. Not sure about "at least", though.

For your answer, UrbanSpaceman, I'd say that the first line is referring to Seymour's position as a Maester of Yevon.

Well, lol hmmm tut tut tut, copy and paste with no corrections Atma... I begin to wonder...
Anyway, I shall guess Yojimbo.
Reasons:
He is really only one person but if you battle the dark version you battle three times (or five, i forgot). Ohm and the 'at least' that means it might be more, so three or five, I can't remember.

What are you talking about?
Yojimbo is also incorrect.
Hint: The answer is an event (and a fairly specific event, at that)

I'll guess riding the Shoopuf. The conductor would the Hypello, you have to ride it a couple times in the game, and the first time it happens there is a pretty big scene about it, which would be the singular occurrence.

I've never had a go at these before. So I'm fairly new to how they work without any full understanding, but apart from all the things already guessed, I can only think of the Calm after Sin's destruction?

The more the merrier.
But you're all going to have to keep guessing.

Fairly specific? Well, I'll be as specific as I can.
My second answer shall be the event depicted in movie sphere number 15, entitled "The Dance".
Here is the reasoning behind my answer:
-= The conductor would be the summoner who performs the sending. In this case, it was Summoner Yuna.
-= "The Dance" was the first sending that Yuna performed after an attack from Sin. Sin's attack on Kilika Port wasn't nearly as devastating as it's attack during Operation Mi'ihen.
-= Summoner Yuna performed at least three sendings during the course of her journey.

This is probably a lame guess, but I'll try watching the lightning bolts during the entrance to Thunder Plains. The trouble, I suppose, could be Rikku's reaction. The conductors would be the towers. The thrice could be the amount of times Rikku whines about the thunder while walking across the plains.

I like some of your reasoning, but the answer is wrong.
