I've got Dragon Age and Lego Rock Band coming tomorrow.

I was going to hold off on Dragon Age, but with every other game I was interested in this holiday season aside from Assassin's Creed 2 getting delayed, I guess I need something to fill that void. Early impressions and more recent previews have made the game sound much more promising than the shitty marketing they were doing earlier this year.

And yeah, I'm kind of a whore for Rock Band. Considering all of the songs from Lego Rock Band are exportable it's kind of a bargain price compared to how much they'd cost as DLC, and playing the Lego version should be a nice alternative to spending even more time with Rock Band 2 for awhile.

Heading out now to pick up the collector's edition of Dragon Age. I wasn't going to get it, but...it's Bioware. They've never steered me wrong before and I've had a mighty need for an epic RPG.

It depends on what your'e looking for. Borderlands is an RPG shooter. Dragon Age is a classic RPG.

For me, it's Dragon Age.

Also, did you see the reviews the game has been getting? Apparently each version has it's own set of problems.

This really irks me about Dragon Age. Do I get it on 360 and it looks like shit, or do I get it on PS3 and it runs like shit, or do I get it on PC and forget about it forever?

VVVVVV Dragon Age, for me anyway.

I just got Dragon Age on the 360, as expected the graphics don't look too great. Though I am having more fun with this than Mass Effect at the moment. Though I only had 2 to 3 hours of Dragon Age.

Got Dragon Age today, but I haven't had a chance to play it between drawing and writing some stuff, so it got put on hold until tomorrow. Can't wait to start it, though, as lately I've been REALLY looking forward to the game.

I've been playing Uncharted 2 recently, which I'm having a lot of fun with, although the over-scriptedness of the game really grates on my nerves at times. I really roll my eyes at sequences where you get instant KO'd in a cutscene if you decide to move to the next area without killing all the enemies. Great game otherwise though.

I have Demon's Souls coming in the mail, which I'm pretty pumped for. I'm waiting on Dragon Age, though. The rave reviews are certainly getting me enthused, but the game is just so ugly, 360 version or not, and the world setting, while the subject of a lot of praise, really does nothing for me when I hear it described. It just looks really boring, and I say that as someone who's replayed Baldur's Gate II like 500 times.

Ocarina of Time.

It took me forever to connect my Wii, it took me forever to get a card, it took me forever to realise that, fuck yes, I finally get to play Ocarina of Time again after five long years.
